1. You Bank on Your Workout

(You may feel normal despite having elevated cholesterol or blood pressure.) So safeguard yourself. Beginning at age 20, you should schedule regular medical visits and devise a plan for monitoring your vital signs.

The heart is notably harmed by abdominal obesity. So obtain a tape measure and calculate the circumference of your midriff in centimeters.
